Hope into Action Norwich provides supported housing for people facing homelessness, helping them overcome addiction, build life skills, and move towards independence. With our £15,000 grant, their Empowerment Worker will support 38 tenants across 13 homes in Norwich, offering tailored guidance to help them transition into stable, independent living.

Cambridge Women’s Aid is launching a trauma-informed outreach service for women experiencing domestic abuse and at risk of homelessness. Our £15,000 grant will enable them to support around 460 women annually, offering early intervention and building trust through strong multi-agency collaboration.

Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS)

NCLS delivers vital legal and financial support to vulnerable individuals across Norfolk. Their Anti-Poverty Project helps people reduce debt, access welfare benefits, and prevent homelessness. Our £15,000 grant will help them support at least 1,500 clients over the next year, including those facing food and fuel poverty, rent arrears, and immigration challenges.

Selig Suffolk’s Springboard programme offers supported accommodation with a unique focus on employment readiness, bursaries and a dedicated DWP coach support access to training and job opportunities. With a £14,800 grant, we’re helping them sustain this empowering service, supporting people as they move from supported housing into independent living.

SVP Housing in North Norfolk provides emergency and temporary accommodation for families in crisis. Our £15,000 grant will fund additional staff capacity to help deliver services and run training programmes designed to break cycles of abuse and homelessness.

The Sue Lambert Trust supports survivors of sexual violence, many of whom face housing instability due to trauma. Our £5,000 grant will help fund a new therapy room in Norwich, doubling their counselling capacity and enabling them to support at least 90 additional survivors each year in a safe, confidential space.

Their trauma-informed team includes housing specialists and sexual violence advocates who help women access safe accommodation and rebuild their lives. With a £15,000 grant, they will provide intensive, holistic support to 15 women, addressing complex needs and removing barriers to stability.

THIS’s innovative programme offers horticulture training, vocational qualifications and paid work placements to individuals at risk of homelessness or reoffending. Our £14,480 grant will support 20 participants through a 12-week programme, fund 20 garden renovations, and provide emergency placements and progression opportunities for returning clients.
