Anglia Care Trust (ACT)
Anglia Care Trust is a multi-service charity providing housing, outreach, advice and mental health support to vulnerable individuals, including those experiencing homelessness across East Anglia. Their supported housing model helps people with complex needs stabilise and move towards independence.
We provided £18,000 towards a full-time Support Officer to deliver personalised tenancy support to 20 new residents within 20 new accommodation units, helping them sustain tenancies and transition to independent living.
Hanseatic Union
Hanseatic Union supports disadvantaged individuals—particularly migrants, asylum seekers and refugees—through advice, ESOL, and long-term support to reduce inequality and exclusion.
We provided £11,184.62 to fund a part-time Housing Support Specialist role, providing tailored housing advice, partnership working, and accessible guidance to prevent homelessness and support tenancy sustainment.
King's Lynn Night Shelter
King’s Lynn Night Shelter provides year-round emergency accommodation and intensive support for people with complex needs, helping them move into long-term housing.
We provided £20,000 towards the salaries of two Intensive Support Workers who support guests through a strength’s-based programme "Our Work with You" to secure and sustain suitable accommodation and move on from homelessness.
Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS)
Norfolk Community Law Service provides free legal advice and advocacy to vulnerable individuals, helping resolve debt, benefits and immigration issues linked to housing insecurity.
We provided £20,000 towards continuing to funding the Anti-Poverty Project, which helps vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals by providing specialist advice and representation to reduce financial hardship and prevent homelessness, primarily through reduction of debt and maximising income by accessing welfare benefits. This support aims to prevent rent arrears, food and fuel poverty, and homelessness, while also improving health and wellbeing. The project aims to help at least 2,500 clients over 18 months.
Leeway
Leeway supports adults, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse with safe accommodation and holistic, trauma-informed support.
We funded £20,000 for a Volunteer Coordinator and Resettlement Befriending Programme, supporting survivors moving into new homes in a safe place with peers, advice sessions and art therapy sessions to reduce isolation and sustain tenancies.
Opening Doors
Opening Doors is a charity led by and for adults with learning disabilities across Norfolk, providing advocacy, training and support to help people live independently.
We provided £20,000 to fund a Housing Advocacy Project, including staff and accessible resources, helping people with learning disabilities understand and sustain their tenancies. This will be provided through 1:1 housing advocacy support, tenancy training and co-produced accessible films and Easy Read guides.
Selig
Selig Suffolk Springboard offers a unique supported accommodation program focused on empowering tenants to secure independent housing while still receiving support.
We provided £20,000 towards supported accommodation that is focused on empowering those who would otherwise be homeless obtain full time employment. The grant will be used to fund rent bursaries, move-on support and psychotherapy, helping tenants overcome financial and emotional barriers to secure and sustain independent housing.
St Vincent de Paul Society
St Vincent de Paul’s North Norfolk Family Housing Project provides crisis and supported accommodation for homeless families, alongside practical and personalised support.
We provided £16,159 towards staffing, move-in grants, and safety improvements, supporting families to settle into accommodation and sustain long-term tenancies.
The Ferry Project
The Ferry Project delivers accommodation and wraparound support for people experiencing homelessness, helping them rebuild their lives and move towards independence.
We provided £20,000 to fund a part-time support worker delivering flexible tenancy support to individuals in employment, helping them sustain housing and transition from supported accommodation.
The Horticulture Industry Scheme CIC
The Horticulture Industry Scheme CIC supports individuals at risk of homelessness or reoffending through paid horticulture work, training and resettlement support.
We provided £19,975 towards delivering the Growing Home project, including paid placements, training, and tenancy support to help participants maintain housing and achieve independence
The Magdalene Group
The Magdalene Group provides specialist, trauma-informed support through Doorway Women’s Service to women experiencing sexual violence, exploitation and multiple disadvantage, many of whom are homeless or vulnerably housed.
We provided £20,000 towards a specialist practitioner to deliver intensive support, helping women access and sustain safe accommodation.
